Delivery of Goods
All orders are processed as soon as technically possible on a first come- first served basis, and we however endavor to deal maximum within 7 working days after ordering. If the product is not in stock, a service representative will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time of the product. Of all orders distributed by couriers, couriers’s delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product.
As a consequence of  this, we are not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to goods in transit. If a product is lost in the mail or suffers damage from the time it is sent from us to the buyer, the damage is the buyer’s responsibility.  If a product has been damaged in the handling of a third party (eg carrier) or there is a discrepancy between the number of delivered goods and the consignment note, the receiving party must notify the carrier when delivering the product by a acceptance under reserve.
 
Right of Return
The product may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the product is in the original packaging and its seal is unbroken. Upon receipt, a receipt must be presented. When a product is returned, a credit note is issued which is valid for withdrawal at LOOK® Cookware for one year from the date of issue. The right of return does not apply to sale products, special offers, special orders or used products. If the product seal has been broken or its packaging damaged, we reserve the right to take the product back at a discount.
 
Online dispute resolution for consumers:
Customers from Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides a means of alternative dispute resolution. This tool can be used by the european consumer to resolve on a non-judicial any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts of sale of goods and services entered into in the network. Therefore, if you’re a european consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the contract concluded with the Holder. The platform is available at the following linkhttps://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr). The Holder is available to respond to each question, sent via email to the address (e-mail address of the trader).

Warranty
Your LOOK® product comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
We will repair or replace it at our sole discretion if found to be defective in materials or workmanship when (a) subjected to normal household use and (b) cared for according to our care and use instructions. All requests for repair/replacement must be accompanied by documented evidence (photos and/or videos) along with a detailed description of the defect and a valid proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover use in commercial establishments, abuse or misuse, improper cleaning, overheating and thermal shock excursions, accidents including being dropped, alteration, fire or theft.

Make sure to keep your proof of purchase/ receipt as it will be necessary in order to process your claim. After examination of your evidence we will replace the defective product, if found faulty, with an identical product or a comparable product of equivalent value at our discretion.

Under no circumstances may this warranty give rise to any compensation or claims for consequential loss and will only be considered as valid if submitted along with proof of purchase (with clear purchase date), product claimed, and this warranty coupon.

Law and Venue
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law.
In case of any dispute arising from any transaction via this website, it shall be settled before the District Court of Reykjavík, Iceland.

Confidentiality
The seller gives the buyer full confidentiality of all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances, except if required by the Law or as otherwise expressed in our Privacy Policy (Link).
